In my serial placement there were a few problems with the IWB. The biggest one being when I touched the board to point a word to a child and then the whole screen went blank and everything was lost. Why?!!! No one cold explain, it just happened, and the back button did not work at all. so annoying.
I will be doing my assignment on this so it should be interesting.
I want to use a blackboard for a day to teach and see what the children would think of it.

A real 'black' chalkboard? Have you seen an d used one before?
What about slates, the precursor for the mini whiteboards the children use today?
It would make a wonderful history lesson, with you dressed in 1950's fashion.
